Exciting news, KBBdigicon attendants! We’re thrilled to introduce you to our ecommerce panel.

Taking to the stage for the final 45-minute session of the KBBdigicon Digital Summit, our five experts will be discussing some of the most pertinent and relevant topics relating to online-selling when it comes to kitchens and bathrooms.

Helen Littlewood

Owner and client services director of OneAgency – an integrated creative marketing agency built for the digital age – Helen works with clients across a range of disciplines to devise hard-working integrated strategies. OneAgency works for retained and project-based clients both nationally and internationally and employs over 40 creative and marketing experts.

Helping clients embrace and make sense of the forever changing digital landscape plays a big part in Helen’s role, ensuring that the digital strategy is aligned with business objectives.

Specialising in brand positioning and creative, and developing high-impact content, Helen has a fantastic understanding of how brand and creative positioning can influence the effectiveness of digital marketing and ecommerce.

Neeraj Maisura 

Neeraj is head of the ecommerce team at Push. His early career at Amazon allowed him to gain valuable experience in online shopping with the world’s largest ecommerce site. In 2013 Push were looking to grow their ecommerce sales and make it a core component of the business and Neeraj was a perfect fit. Over his four years at Push, Neeraj has become and expert in online shopping and how to drive rapid and consistent growth across a wide range of shopping vertical’s. As we have grown our ecommerce business we have recruited other exceptional talent to keep driving our business and Neeraj manages this team. Push recently celebrated 10 years as an online advertising agency and over this time have have helped thousands of businesses flourish through smarter use of Google Adwords, Google Shopping, Facebook advertising and other forms of paid digital advertising. In 2016 Push won the Google Award for Highest Customer Satisfaction of any Advertising Agency in Europe, The Middle East and Africa.

Ade Lewis

Ade is the director of Web and Digital Marketing services at He has a decade of experience covering eCommerce, Conversion Rate Optimisation, SEO, Content and the technical aspects of creating and running successful online stores for a wide range of businesses from small start-ups to enterprise level clients.

Adam Friday 

Adam Friday is head of digital at award-winning integrated marketing agency, One. With more than 16 years’ experience in the industry, Adam is particularly interested in using appropriate digital technology to enhance user experience in the ‘real world’, such as AR and programmatic marketing. Adam will share his insights on how these technologies used correctly can enhance the ecommerce experience, increase brand loyalty and generate more sales.

Josh Morgan

Josh Morgan is a Digital Marketing Strategist at Social Chain, the innovative global social media agency that has recently opened their third international office in New York. In the past he has worked on a number of e-commerce clients for agencies that specialise in website development, SEO and social media. Josh currently focuses on brand development, adopting new technologies to drive growth. At just 27 and 3 respectively, he and Social Chain are relatively new to the industry but they are already working with some of the biggest brands in the world.
